My name is Sarah and i’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) with a drive to promote healthy and holistic living. I completed my education at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver. Along with nutrition, i’m also a Certified Yoga Instructor with specialized training in Hatha Yoga, Ayurvedic Medicine and Pranayama Breathing.
After struggling for years with disordered eating and restrictive living, I’m really passionate about helping people discover a healthier relationship with food and their body. I truly believe that anything worth having is worth working really hard for – learning how to listen and care for our body is no exception to that rule.
I feel my absolute best when I focus on adding as many fresh, locally grown, organic REAL foods into my diet as I can; however, I no longer stress about eating the “perfect & cleanest diet”. I choose to live a life free of restriction – no more dieting, counting calories or weekly weigh ins on the scale.
My inspiration behind creating this platform is to create a space in which we can be vulnerable, connect, grow, learn, and most importantly succeed together. No change happens overnight. I believe that when balance, moderation and mindfulness are incorporated into daily life true sustainability is possible. Not only I’m I passionate about holistic nutrition to support my own health, but also connecting with others and being a part of their journey to health and happiness.
